Resilio, Inc. is hiring L2 technical support engineers for office work. Main project - providing tech support for Resilio Sync app - software solution for data transfer based on P2P BitTorrent protocol. Resilio Sync is optimized for transferring of large numbers of files across multiple sites in all kinds of network configuration . It works on all popular desktop OS (Linux, OS X, Windows), Android and iOS mobile platforms as well as specialized platforms like NAS, RPi.
- full support of home and small business customers through support ticket system: tech issues troubleshooting, managing their purchases.
- help users with deployment, configuration of Resilio Sync, optimization of their setup and troubleshooting it
- reproducing customers' issues locally, investigating the setup and debug info (debug logs)
- a must - good English, level not lower than B2/С1.
- user and admin experience with any OS (Windows, Linux, OS X)
- basic knowledge of other platforms is enough
- good knowledge of today's network technologies
- good communication skills
